How long does shipping take for arcade cabinets?
Standard shipping for our full-sized arcade cabinets typically takes 7-14 business days. Smaller tabletop units and accessories usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do the arcade machines come fully assembled?
Most of our cabinets are shipped in 'Ready-to-Assemble' kits with detailed instructions. However, we do offer a pre-assembly service for an additional fee if you prefer a plug-and-play experience.
What is your return policy on electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that custom-built cabinets may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do the machines come with a warranty?
Yes, all Umbrella Arcades machines include a 1-year limited warranty covering the monitor, PCB, and controller components against manufacturing defects.

Can I add more games to my arcade machine?
Many of our systems are built on open-source platforms that allow for expansion. Please refer to your specific model's manual for technical details on adding ROMs or upgrading storage.
